Limassol Landmark Project is a luxury high-rise development of mainly residential and commercial use designed in an excellent landscape. The architectural designer is Woods Bagot. The complex includes four towers of 20 to 33 storey to be built in three-phases with two storey podium levels. Each tower is set 30 meters apart to allow for the integration of a ground level public plaza and are placed in a diagonal arrangement to act as a link between the beach and nearby gardens.
To resonate with the island’s indoor-outdoor living, materials such as white oak timber, marble, concrete, natural stone, and polished plaster were integrated throughout the entry lobbies and apartments. The lobbies are characterized by double-height ceilings with light installations and chiseled marble walls. Apartments feature a generous, open plan designed to maximize natural light and ventilation with living rooms adjacent to balconies offering coastal views.
